In the spring of 2000, my husband and I were exhibiting bears at a show in Lancaster. I noticed Diana sitting in the aisle behind us. Since she has won so many awards for her bears, both Golden Teddys and the Toby, I was hesitant to approach her. What a pleasant surprise to find that she is one of the sweetest most genuine people I know!
In 2001, Diana was one of the featured artists at my "Gallery Show". Her work is simply beautiful. From the soulful faces to the workmanship, it is obvious every stitch is made with love and great attention to detail. Most of Diana's creations are one-of-a-kind, which makes them very special.
Meeting Diana and her husband, Jim, at "teddy" functions is always a treat. I have made many friends throughout the bear world, and Diana is one of them that I treasure!
